No Refunds on Personalized Services
All astrology consultations, reports, and based on the personal details you provide (such as date, time, and place of birth). Therefore, once a service is it is non-refundable under any circumstance, including:
- Change of mind
- Dissatisfaction with predictions
- Errors in birth details submitted by the user
- Scheduling conflicts or no-shows
We encourage you to double-check your information before submission and choose services that suit your needs.
Exceptions – Refunds May Be Considered If :
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a partial or full refund in the following rare cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same service
- Your payment was processed but you did not receive the service due to a technical error on our end
- The astrologer or consultant failed to attend the scheduled session (without prior notice or rescheduling)
To request a refund under these circumstances, you must contact us within 48 hours of the issue.
Consultation Rescheduling
If you booked a live consultation (phone, video, or chat), and you need to reschedule:
- You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance
- We will reschedule your session at no extra cost, subject to availability
If you fail to appear or do not notify us in time, your session may be marked as completed, and no refund or reschedule will be offered.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the conditions above:
Timeframe: Within 48 hours of the service or transaction
Please include:
- Your full name
- Order number or payment receipt
- Date and time of the service
- Description of the issue
Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
